Interior and Exterior

The interior is where the house will be occupied the most.  During the inspection we will be checking doors and windows for proper operation.  Our inspectors will be checking appliances in addition to any signs of damage to the drywall as well as overall structure of the house.

The exterior is the outside of the house and this consist of the siding, roofing, eves, soffets, gutters, down spouts, and trim.  These items are what protect the home from the elements and make the structure look appealing.  If any one of these materials fail, potential exists for damage to the structure. 

Here we show where screws have been removed from the siding leaving open holes.  This is an easy fix but could create a potential problem if left undetected.
